当社は、昭和36年創業以来、顧客満足をモットーに短納期・低価格・高品質の物造りを目指し、カメラ部品、腕時計部品、自動車部品、自転車部品と時代のニーズに沿った金属加工業として、創業者の志しを受け継ぎ現在に至っております。
2003年2月にISO9001を取得し、2009年12月には、ISO14001を取得致しました。
品質、環境面に対しグローバル社会での資格の一歩を踏み出しました。

顧客満足の原点である、早くて、安くて良いものをどのように造り出すかを日々の改善活動で、自信の持てる物づくりを目指しております。

Since our founding in 1961, we have been fabricating camera parts, watch components, and automotive parts, and bicycle parts, aiming to produce low-cost, high-quality products with short delivery times, under the motto of "customer satisfaction."And as a metal processor in tune with the needs of the age, we continue to carry out the aspirations of our founder.
In February 2003, we acquired ISO9001 and December 2009 ISO14001 certification and took our first step toward accreditation as a global company.
Our daily livelihood depends on fabricating good products quickly and inexpensively--which is the starting point of customer satisfaction--and we strive to make things, confident that they are fairly priced.

特色 　- Features -

当社は、真空熱処理炉・NC旋盤・マシニングセンター・ロータリー研削盤・特殊切断機を保有し、精密鋳造品の切断から仕上げ加工、検査までの一貫した生産で、自動車部品・各産業の精密鋳造部品と共に、土木関連機器の製造を行っております。
顧客より支給される精密鋳造品は世界のターボメーカーからの受注品であり、グローバルなマーケットにより現状では月産35万個程度の生産を、省力化した工法によりお客様に供給しております。
又、国内自動車メーカーのエンジン部品も精密鋳造後の中間工程を担い低燃費・高出力・低公害と環境ニーズに沿った部品の供給に努めております。
その他の分野では、屋根の雪下し装置やゴルフパターの設計・製造・販売を行っております。

We have an vacuum heat treatment furnace, NC lathe, machining center, rotary grinder, and a special cutting machine,so we handle all facets of production from the cutting of precision-cast products to finish processing and even inspection, as well as the manufacture of equipment related to civil engineering.
Precision-cast products provided by customers are ordered from turbo makers around the world, and at present,depending on the global market, we offer customers production capacities of approximately 35 thousand units per month, using labor-saving production techniques.
Furthermore, we handle the intermediate processing of precision-cast engine parts for domestic auto makers, striving to supply parts that are in keeping with the needs of low fuel consumption, high output, low emissions, and environmental friendliness. In other fields, we offer precision-processing of pneumatic valves used in labor-saving equipment and all kinds of industrial machinery
